Privacy & Safety

Your trust is the foundation of this work

The nature of this work requires honesty, vulnerability, and trust. That trust extends to how your information is handled. This page explains what is collected, what is not, and why your privacy is treated as non-negotiable.

What We Do Not Collect

The Magnetic Remembering does not use tracking pixels, retargeting cookies, or third-party analytics that follow you across the internet. There are no hidden scripts monitoring your behavior on this site.

The self-reflection tools on this site run entirely in your browser. Your responses, journal entries, and assessment results are stored locally on your device using your browser's built-in storage. They are never transmitted to a server, never seen by anyone else, and never used for any purpose beyond your own reflection.

If you clear your browser data, those entries are permanently removed. There is no backup, no cloud sync, and no way for anyone to retrieve them.

What We Do Collect

If you submit the application form on this site, the information you provide (your name, email, and responses to the application questions) is sent directly to Joshua via a secure email delivery service. This information is used solely to evaluate whether this work is a good fit and to schedule a clarity call if appropriate.

Your application information is never shared with third parties, never sold, never used for marketing, and never added to any mailing list without your explicit consent.

During the Mentorship

Conversations within the mentorship are treated as confidential. The content of your sessions is not recorded, transcribed, or shared unless you provide explicit written consent.

No session notes, personal details, or identifying information will ever be used publicly (including in testimonials, case studies, or marketing) without your direct, written permission.

Important Boundaries

This work is structured integration mentorship, not therapy or clinical care. No diagnoses are given and no clinical records are maintained. Use of this website does not create a mentor-client relationship.

If you are in crisis or need immediate support, please contact a licensed mental health professional or call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or 911.

Your Rights

You have the right to ask what information we hold about you. You have the right to request that any information be deleted. You have the right to withdraw from the application process or the mentorship at any time.

If you have questions about privacy or data handling, contact jpthompson888@gmail.com.
